Introduction :“Builder Shine” project is concern with the real estate part in which
manages different things for company dream developers. In project there sales, purchase,
maintenance, and redevelopment modules for particular company The Real Estate Project
is concern with the builders and big project‘s owners. In which following requirements.
After doing analysis we gathered requirements and based on this we divide this project
in four modules. They are as follows.
1. SALES 2. PURCHASE 3. MAINTENANCE 4. REDEVELOPMENT 5. USER
Users have to select the Developing Site/place first. Then they can get
all the functions. There will be different rights for different user.
Example: 1.
Super User – So, I will get the full rights of all the functions. 2. Broker – User
- They have rights only for broker’s rights only i.e. Vacant Flats, Rent of Flats,
etc… 3. Client - They only have view rights of vacant / available flats, 4. Flat
Owners – Give them rights for their flat, view, modify etc...
1. SALES MODULE: In sales module first there user entrees. Masters
Details are these details in which details are later used in the system. For example
there are one project and same things are repeat again and again so there are requirement
of master details. In “Builder Shine” project following master details. |
Master Details:
There are many master details for sales which we analysis as follows for sales module
Building types are slab details in which gives information about total slab details
and interest whether compound or simple. Building details are those contain information.
about building including approval details and documents. Flat Type Details will
give information about flat types. Floor Master will give information about floors,
basement, or more. Flat Details Gives information about flat details that contains
carpet area, soft, floor details. Project Detail Gives Project details location,
site details. Bank Details that contains Bank Details like account number branch
name and more. Broker’s Details is broker details with address, phone.

for construction stage and keep track of construction status. This can have following
